Set in the farm’s original wine cellar, Tryn serves refined, contemporary cuisine in glamorous indoor rooms and a relaxed, family-friendly garden setting with views of the mountain and vineyards.
Fresh, Sustainable Menu
Chef Kerry’s approach to the menu at Tryn is to cook what she most likes to eat. She is authentic, sets her own trends, cooks from the heart and believes “no meal is complete without a sauce!” Signature dishes like lamb rack, beef fillet and her famed chocolate sphere are given a bold and generous twist across a menu serving wholesome breakfasts, light, easy lunches and sumptuous dinners.
Local produce is core to the menu, with fish sourced from ABALOBI to support small fishers, reduce the restaurant’s carbon footprint and champion sustainability. “Chef Kerry’s philosophy is simple: safeguard the ocean today so our children can enjoy it tomorrow.”

Cuvée Room
A private dining experience ideal for intimate gatherings.
A larger room with a private entrance, outside terrace and fireplaces indoors. The Cuvée Room offers both meeting and dining options and can host up to 50 guests.

A repurposed wine cellar, this intimate room with a private entrance buzzes with old-world ambience. The Ruby Room offers both meeting and dining options and can host up to 18 guests.
